Day 01 / Arrive Delhi
You arrive at Delhi by international flight. After a traditional ‘Swagat’ (Welcome) our representative) would arrive you at the airport and transfer to our hotel for check-in. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Mussoorie (290 K M /7-8hr.)
After breakfast we drive to Mussoorie, a popular hill station, situated at an altitude of 2005 m. In 1820 Captain Young of the British army was influenced by the beauty of this place and made it his residence. After its discovery, this hill station gradually developed as a center of education, business, tourism and beauty. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Mussoorie – Barkot (1828m) (100Km/6hrs)
Morning post breakfast we depart for Barkot with lunch (Packed). En route we visit Kempty Falls. On arrival at Barkot, check-in camp just 1 Km ahead of Barkot town on the Yamnotri road. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at camp.

Day 04: Barkot – Hanuman Chatti (2134m) (1.5 hr/ 32 Km coach drive) – Janaki Chatti (2676 m) (8km /0.5 hr Jeep Drive) –Yamunotri (3235 m) (3-4 hr / 6km trek) – Janaki Chatti – Hanuman Chatti – Barkot
After early breakfast we leave for a full day excursion to Yamunotri (3235m). We shall first drive to Hanuman Chatti (2134 m) in our coach. Since road is narrow & rough from Hanuman Chatti onwards, we shall take a local jeep to reach Janaki Chatti uphill trek starts (3-4 hr /6Km one way). The time taken shall be less for us since we would cover this distance by Pony/Doli to reach Yamunotri. At Yamunotri we will take a holy dip in natural hot water spring and then perform Pooja (Prayers) and Holy Darshan of Goddess Yamuna. Later we return to Janaki Chatti and drive back to Barkot, the way came. Dinner and over night stay at camp, Barkot.

Day 05: Barkot – Uttarkashi (Maneri) (110 Km drive /4-5 hrs)
Morning post breakfast we drive to Uttarkashi. It is situated on the banks of the river Bhagirathi. Lord Vishwanath temple is located here, which is marked by a massive iron trident. Other imp. Temples here are Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, and Gyaneshwar Kutli Devi. Upon arrival in Uttarkashi (Maneri) check-in camp. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and over night stay at camp, Uttarkashi (Maneri, 12 Km ahead).
(Wake up call 0600 hrs, Breakfast at 0700 hrs, Departure at 0800 hrs)
Day 06: Uttarkashi –Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km / 4-5 hrs / one way)
After early breakfast we leave for excursion to Gangotri with packed lunch. On arrival take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja (Prayers) after that relaxe for sometime in the lovely surroundings. Later in the afternoon we drive back to camp. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at camp, Uttarkashi (Maneri, 12 Km ahead, if camp).

Day 07: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (210 Km / 9-10 hrs)
After early breakfast we drive to Guptkashi with packed lunch. En route at we pass through towns like tehri Srinagar and Rudraprayag. From Rudraprayag we turn towards Mandakini valley and see the beautiful confluence of River mandakini with River Alaknanda and reach Guptkashi in the evening. On arrival check-in camp. Evening at leisure. Dinner and over night stay at camp, Guptkashi.

Day 08: Guptkashi – Gaurikund (32 Km drive / 1.5 hrs) Guptkashi – Kedarnath – (14 Km trek / 4-5hrs one way)
After breakfast we drive in coach to Gaurikund (32 Km /1.5hrs). Gaurikund to Kedarnath is 14 Km trek, which we shall cover by Pony/Doly. We arrive Kedarnath by afternoon. On arrival check-in the Hotel/Guest house. After freshening up we have lunch and leave for Pooja and Holy Darshan at Shri Kedarnath temple. In the evening we visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi, behind the temple and then be part of the aarti of shri kedarnath at the temple. Dinner and over night stay at camp.

Day 09: Kedarnath – Gaurikund (14 km trek /3-4hr one way) Guptkashi – (32 km drive /1.5 hr)
After breakfast we start our way back to Gaurikund by pony/ Doli (14 Km/3-4 hr.). On arrival at gaurikund we board our coach and reach Guptkashi by lunch time. On arrival we check-in the camp / hotel. Rest of the time after lunch is at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at camp, Guptkashi.
(Wake up call 0300 hrs, Special Aarti 0400 – 0600 hrs, Breakfast at 0700 hrs, Departure at 0800 hrs)

#1. Donation of Rs.700/-to be given at the temple for special Aarti & puja.
#2. Lunch will be ready for group at Guptkashi camp on our return.
Day 10: Guptkashi – Pipalkothi – Joshimath (180-190 Km/9-10hr)
After breakfast we drive to Joshimath via chopta. This is one of the most scenic stretches of the whole trip and we drive through meadows and thick forests, with glimpses of the mighty Himalayan Peaks. We arrive at the Joshimath camp by late afternoon. Rest of the time at leisure. Dinner and over night stay at camp, Joshimath.
(Wake up call 0530 hrs, Breakfast at 0630 hrs, Departure at 0700 hrs)
Remarks: Packed Lunch to be picked up from Guptkashi as you will not have lunch at Joshimath Camp.
Day 11: Joshimath – Badrinath (40 Km/2hr)
After breakfast we drive to the Holy Shrine of Shri Badrinath. On arrival we check-in the hotel. In the afternoon we visit Mana village,(there you will see Ganesh temple, Bhim pul and origin of Saraswati River) the last Indian village before the Tibetan border. We return on time to participate in the evening Aarti at Badrinath temple. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 12: Badrinath – Joshinath (40 Km /2 hr)
In the morning we again perform Pooja or participate or be apart of Sri Badrinath Purn abhishek ceremony, it starts at 6.30 AM in the morning and will take 1 and half hour & Holy Darshan of Badrinath and then drive back to Joshimath .
Remarks: For Purn Abhishek Ceremony we will have to pay Rs 3500 (for 3 persons).
Rest of the time at leisure. There is an option (at an extra cost / to be paid directly) to go to Auli by the ropeway bus and enjoy the beautiful peaks all round. Dinner and over night stay at camp, Joshimath.

Day 13: Rishikesh – Haridwar (24 Km / 1 hr)
After breakfast we leave for half day sightseeing of Rishikesh. We will visit Laxman Jhula, Geeta Bhawan, and Temples & Ashrams. It is situated on the banks of the holy river Ganges (Ganga) and is a very imp. Hindi Pilgrimage site. One can see Sadhus, Pilgrims, Ashrams and temples all around. The ceaseless flow of the river, regarded as Goddess Ganga, adds to the beauty and the purity of the place, giving the entire place a spiritual ambience. Along the river, the area is filled with thick green forest in the all-mountainous region. Rishikesh is famous fir it’s Yoga Sessions that are taught here by many Yoga experts. Besides the sadhu and Saints, a mass of tourists too visit this place every year to have a look at this much popular place. If the wonderful scenery and the numerous pilgrimage sites were not enough, Rishikesh also makes some of the most popular adventure sports destination of India. River Rafting, Trekking. Rock-Climbing, hiking, etc. are some of the activities one can easily opt from here.
In the afternoon we drive to Haridwar. It is located at the foothills of the lower Himalayan Shivalik Mountains, on the banks of river Ganges (Ganga), and is an imp. Pilgrimage site for the Hindus. When the Ganga leaves the mountains and enters the plains, Haridwar is the first major town on the plains. Though the Ganges does not loose its rapids completely, nevertheless it becomes very quiet and calm here. Haridwar has earned fame as being the place, which has been blessed by the Trinity of Lords Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma.
It is also one of the major Shaktipeeths. Down the ages Haridwar has purified the mind, the body and the soul of people not only in spiritual or religious terms but as a major learning centre for arts, science and culture.
Upon arrival check in the hotel. Later in the afternoon visit Mansa Devi Temple and in the evening participate and enjoy the spectacular view of ‘Aarti at Har Ki Pauri’. Later in the evening we may spend time on the Ghat. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 14: Chandigarh –Amritsar (215 Km /5 hr)
Morning post breakfast drive to Amritsar. Upon arrival assistance and check-in the hotel. Amritsar is known for its Golden Temple, the most revered and sacred shrine of the Sikhs. Literary it means Pool of Nectar. Devotees from all sects of life irrespective of their caste and creed come here to pray. Inside the temple is the Guru Granth sahib, the Holy book of the Sikhs, and 24 hr. running kitchen, which feed about 10,000 pilgrims everyday and is run on a voluntary basis. Near by is Jallian Wala Bagh (Now a memorial)
Where during the British rule in India, General Dyer fire on innocent people on 13 April -1919. The place is now a National Monument and its walls still bear the Bullet marks of the tragedy.
In the afternoon we will visit India – Pakistan border at Wagah to witness the spectacular evening flag lowering ceremony that marks the closing of the gate between the two countries until it reopens the following morning. After the ceremony we return to the hotel. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 15: Amritsar – Jammu (220 Km / 6-7 hr)
Early morning we visit Golden Temple and Jallian Wala Bagh and later drive to Jammu. Upon arrival we check in the hotel. Rest of the time at the leisure. You are requested to have early dinner and retire to bed as you have to start your day early in the morning. Dinner and over night stay at hotel.

Day 16: Jammu – Srinagar – Sonmarg (385 Km / 10-12 hr)
Early in the morning about 0200hrs we report at the Jammu Stadium for security check. It will be done by the Govt. security agencies and may take upto 2-3 hrs since many other groups would be there. After security check the vehicles will leave for Srinagar to convoy. There may be brief checking on the way also. Kindly bear with us since it is for your own safety and security. Today we shall carry our packed breakfast and packed lunch.
Sonmarg, situated at an altitude at 2730m, Sonmarg, which means Meadow of Gold, has its backdrop of snowy mountains against the blue sky. The drive offers incredible scenic beauty, dense pine forests and gigantic mountains. The place provides an ideal base for various trekking routes, high mountain lakes, glaciers, and Shri Amaranth Holy Cave. Upon arrival at Sonmarg we check-in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 17: Sonmarg – Baltal (45 minute – 1hr) – Excursion to Amaranth (Hel. Trip 30/45 min)
After early breakfast we drive to BAL Tal (base for helipad) for the excursion to Shri Amaranth Cave by Helicopter. Shiva Devotees visit the Amaranth Cave during the month of Shravan (May-August). This mystical shrine is known for the incredible Ice Lingam , symbol of Shiva , formed naturally as an ice –Stalagmite, which waxes and wanes with the Moon’s cycle . Interestingly there are two more Ice Lingams by it sides one is Parvati and their son Ganesha. Dinner and overnight at Sonmarg.

Day 18: Sonmarg –Srinagar (85 Km / 3hr)
After breakfast we drive to Srinagar ‘The Paradise on Earth’ upon arrival assistance and check-in hotel. Later we visit the ancient Shankaracharya Temple and the famous Mughal gardens – Knishes (Garden of pleasure). Shalimar (adobe of Love) and Chashme Shahi (Royal Spring).
Nishat Bagh (Abode of Pleasure) was built by Asif Khan Brother in law of Jahangir in 1632 A.D. The largest of the gardens, Nishat has 7 terraces with beautiful water channel flowing right in the middle.
Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love) was build in the year 1619 A.D. and was build by emperor Jhangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. The garden has 4 terraces the fourth terrace was once reserved for royale ladies.
Chashme Shahi (Royal Spring) was originally laid by Shah Jahan in 1632 A D . It is tastefully laid garden in terraces, which commands a magnificent view of the Dal Lake below and surrounding mountain ranges. The cool water of the spring is highly refreshing and digestive.
All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background and Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock, thus providing panoramic view of entire city, Dal Lake and river Jhelam. Shankaracharya temple is located at 1100 feet above surface level of the main city on the Shankaracharya hill, also known as Takht-E-Suleiman. The Shiva temple was constructed by Raja Gopadapya in the year 371 B C and as such is the oldest shrine in Kashmir.
Later in the evening we can visit Handicraft and Handloom centres famous for production of Pashmina Shawls, world famous carpets etc. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel

Day 19: Srinagar

Day 20: Srinagar – Pahalgam (90 km /3 hr)
After breakfast we drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) Enroute we visit Saffron fields of Pam pore and Avantipur ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu build by the King Avantiwareman). We may also visit a Hindu temple at Mattan. The country side is beautiful dotted with rice fields and shepherd grazing sheep, goats and cattle. Situated at the confluence of the stream flowing from the Shesh nag lake and river Lidder , Pahalgam was once a humble Shepherds village with breath taking views now is it Kashmir’s premiere Resort , cool even during the height of summer . Around Pahalgam and many places of interest that can be recognized by Hindi Film watchers as it has been the location of several Indian Hindi film scenes. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel

Day 21: Pahalgam – Katra (300 Km /9-10 hr)
Morning post breakfast drive to Katra. It is situated at the foot of Trikuta Mountains, 48 Km from Jammu. It serves as the base to visit the famous shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi, which is approachable by foot along a 13 Km (4-5 hrs) well laid path. Every year more then 4.5 million pilgrims pass through Katra on their way to this Holy Shrine. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel

Day 22: Katra – Excursion to Mata Vaishno Devi (Helicopter trip)
After breakfast we shall visit Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine by Helicopter. The Cave Shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi or Trikuta Bhagwati (5,200ft.)Has been a beacon of faith and fulfillment to millions of devotees from all over the world. Day 24: Katra –Jammu (65 Kms / 2.5 hrs) – Delhi (Flight ------
After breakfast we drive to Jammu to board the flight for Delhi. Before flight we visit the famous Raghunath Temple dedicated to Lord Rama. Situated in the heart of city and surrounded by a group of other temples, Raghunath temple is outstanding and unique in northern India. The inner walls of the main temple are covered with gold sheet on three sides. There are many galleries with innumerable saligrams the surrounding temples are dedicated to various Hindu deities from the epic Ramayana.
The inner sanctum of the temple contains gigantic statues of gods & goddesses and numerous Lingams. It contains representatives of all most the entire Hindu pantheon, which makes it a rare sight to see.
Upon arrival at Delhi, assistance and check-in hotel. Late afternoon visit to Lotus Temple & Chhattarpur temple. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 25: Delhi
After breakfast we will go for an orientation tour of Delhi, darshan at Swami Narayan Akshardham Temple and last minute shopping
Day 26: Depart Delhi
After breakfast transport to Airport to board the flight for London or Mumbai

It is a new “No Frill Hotel”, neat and clean accommodation with TV, Mini Bar, Tea/Coffee maker, Internet facilities. But please note that there will be no room service, no bell boys. There are trolleys like airport to carry your Baggage. In restaurant also it is self service buffet.
# At Char dham Destinations, we shall use a combination of clean but basic hotels and the camps (tented accommodation). A professional Hospitality chain runs these camps. Here you will have tented accommodation having attached bathrooms and running hot and cold water. The accommodation is clean and away from the town. At Badrinath you will stay at hotel park inn, which is a new hotel run and managed by the hotel chain called Sarover hotels. In Kedarnath you will stay at Punjab and Sind awas, where accommodation is basic but there is the best option available.
# On Few occasions you will have packed Lunch because that will be the convenient way of organizing meals. There will also be occasions when even packed breakfast will be carried.
